Tabeeb · Private beta

Built for a hospital front desk, not a marketplace

Tabeeb fits a private hospital or multi-doctor clinic — a reception desk, several doctors and departments, and an owner who wants cash and commission visibility.

Who it fits

The shape of a real clinic day

Tabeeb assumes reception, doctors, and an owner as separate logins — the way a busy hospital actually runs.

Reception ↔ doctor ↔ owner

Separate logins for the front desk, doctors, and the owner — each sees exactly the tools for their job, nothing more.

Multi-doctor, multi-department

Departments, many doctors, per-doctor duty hours and rates — the shape of a real hospital day, not a solo calendar.

Cash-desk finance

Pay at booking; the owner sees gross collected, commissions payable, and net — cash basis, per doctor and department.

Approval-based booking

Patient requests are held until the desk approves — no silent auto-booking, and no double-booking of an active slot.

Every seat

One app, four kinds of user

Hospital owner / admin

Sees cash collected versus commissions payable, sets doctors and rates, and reads finance, analytics, and the audit log.

Reception / front desk

Books, checks in, and registers patients, takes payment at the desk, and clears the approval queue — keyboard-speed.

Doctors

Run their own day, write consults for their patients, and see their own commission — never hospital totals or other doctors.

Patients

Request a slot the desk approves and track their visits. The patient mobile app is on the roadmap — API only today.

Honest about fit

Tabeeb is not designed for a solo practitioner with no reception/admin split — it assumes Admin, Receptionist, and Doctor as separate logins. v1 is configured for one hospital tenant (PKR, Asia/Karachi, English UI); we don't claim a multi-hospital marketplace or white-label SaaS.
